Sascha Haggenmueller has around 15 years of professional experience and, prior to founding Radial, worked at EY, Porsche Consulting and Deloitte. Sascha’s expertise covers hypergrowth and turnaround situations across sectors including industrials, retail and SaaS. He holds a doctorate in Finance from the University of Gloucestershire and is a US CPA. He also teaches at several universities.

Jan Wasner has more than seven years of consulting experience in Europe and North America. He has led operational performance improvement, turnaround and operations footprint projects for global companies in the automotive, aerospace, defense and industrial sectors, as well as for their suppliers. As Director at Radial, he is expanding the Value Creation practice and focuses on sustainable value enhancement of PE portfolio companies during the holding period. Jan Wasner holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Munich.
Bastian Cammann has more than 15 years of professional experience in management consulting and as a Managing Director. In recent years, he has been responsible for restructuring, change and growth programs in several private equity portfolio companies in the consumer goods and retail sectors. For him, the precise placement of key positions has always been a critical success factor. Bastian Cammann holds a Master of Science in International Business from the University of Hertfordshire, with a focus on finance and corporate strategy.
